Black Krrsantan creator also doesn’t know how to pronounce his name

Black Krrsantan has one of the hardest names to pronounce in the Star Wars universe, and the character creator doesn’t know how to pronounce him either.

There has been a renewed interest in Krrsantan black after her first appearance in the second episode of the Book by Boba Fett. The character is relatively new to the Star wars universe, debuting in the 2015s dark Vador # 1 of Marvel Comics. However, with Black Krrsantan making his first live appearance, questions have arisen as to how to pronounce his difficult name. According to the bounty hunter’s creator, Kieron Gillen, he’s not 100% sure, but he has a guess.

Black Krrsantan debuted in Kieron Gillen and Salvador Larocca dark Vador series for Marvel Comics because he was one of the bounty hunters working for Jabba the Hutt. Jabba would provide the Sith Lord with his two best hunters, the Wookiee Black Krrsantan and Boba Fett. The former gladiator played a key role in Darth Vader in hunting down Cylo. He would also later work for Doctor Aphra on a heist on Son-tuul Pride after the Battle of Yavin, and the Hutt Twins on Tattooine. The character made his live-action debut this week in Baba Fett’s book on Disney +, where he was called a gladiator by his fellow bounty hunter. Black Krrsantan works for the Hutt Twins.

From Kashyyyk, to Notluwiski Papanoida, to URoRRuR’R’R, the Star wars There is no shortage of unique names in the universe, with some more difficult to pronounce than others. The latter part of Black Krrsantan has often been a topic of discussion, as the four consecutive consonants at the start of Bounty Hunter Wookiee’s names have often caused some confusion over the correct pronunciation of his name. Kieron Gillen, who co-created the character with Salvador Larocca, admitted he wasn’t quite sure how to pronounce it either.

Gillen gave his opinion on how he pronounces the name, however. He followed up on the Tweet by offering his phonetic pronunciation of Black Krrsantan, saying he was doing “K-rur! San-tan”. It’s no wonder that Doctor Aphra referred to Black Krrsantan by a number of nicknames during their comic book adventures, including “Black K”, “BK” and “Santy”.

While Star Wars fans know how to pronounce Chewbacca, given its importance and relatively simple name, other Wookiees like Black Krrsantan are much more difficult to attempt. From Shrandhnrignh, to Tojjevvuk to Grouaggerl, the Wookiees have always had some of the most unique names in the world. Star wars Universe. Although it looks like fans will have to learn how to pronounce Krrsantan black name because it could play an essential role in the next Boba Fett’s book stories. “K-Rur! San-tan” sounds good to us.
